Good response time and tracking
Good response time and tracking. I wish you’d have included the link brief history of the piece with it when you sent it to me.

Thank you for you order and review. I will send the information about your map by email. We only include information about the map if the customer purchases a certificate of authenticity or authentication sticker. And by coincidence we just started experimenting with removing sold items from the website (for SEO) so that is why the link no longer works! Sorry about that!

Tough to open without hurting the map…
Tough to open without hurting the map itself. Had to use a steak knife very carefully.

Thank you for your order! I'm sorry you felt the package was difficult to open. We package our maps carefully between multiple layers of carboard, and the map itself is packaged in a bag with a board. The packages are easy to open with a small, sharp blade, like an exacto or razor blade, and it is unlikely that the map will be damaged. I have not heard of anyone having trouble opening the package, and I would not recommend using a steak knife to open our packages. I hope you are happy with the map and I hope it was not damaged when opening the package. Thank you again!

Item as described. Shipped securely. Delivery did take longer than expected which is probably not seller's fault.

Thank you for your order and review! Your delivery did take longer than expected! We shipped it the day after you placed your order but it seems USPS took an extra 4 days to get it to you. I'm sorry about that! We have been hearing reports of shipping delays lately, which is pretty common around the holidays. Anyway, thank you again for your order! We will be happy to help with any future antique map and print needs, and hopefully the shipping company will be able to deliver on-time next time!
