COMPLETE SCAM! After purchasing their flimsy product for a valentine's gift I was charged a monthly fee for the following 4 months until I discovered the theft! Monthly charge, For what? Don't know! Total scam! They don't answer their phone.

DO NOT order from this place. They will send you what you ordered, and enroll you in a coupon scheme without your knowledge or consent. They will take money from your payment method. This has happened to me for 5 months now. I emailed the site, and that's how I found out about the coupon scheme. I have asked to be unscripted from the "coupon pro" they signed me up for. NO WHERE on their site does it mention this, and there is no way to opt out of it. These people are absolutely crooked.

Everything about them is a scam. Charged me monthly for a one time purchase. Terrible!!!!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Been charged 3 times for the same item. It was done randomly and is not a recurring "subscription" fee. My bank has told me to contact them, which is an impossible task. The Shop.app should be ashamed of representing such a fraudulent business. This company will disappear and we will not see any justice for the scammers. Well I'm certain my strongly worded review will have a monumental impact. Caveat emptor!

My son purchased a gift over the holidays for his girlfriend. Since that time he has been repeatedly charged a $39.97 non-authorized fee from the company. He had to get a new bank card & there is no way to recover all of the money they have STOLEN from him. BAD PEOPLE, BAD COMPANY- Do not buy from them! Filing a report with the FBI Fraud Office & with Shop since they support them!

Fraudulent credit card charges- do not provide them with your payment details, they will charge you extra charges. Please report them to Shopify, who hosts their website

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The product is ordered was poorly made, looked cheap and tacky. I've also been charged $39.97 every month since my original order. That's a total of $200 so far for a $30 gift. I NEVER authorized any recurring payment. This company is a scam!
