Absolutely disgusting! Ordered and paid for a set of ornament Christmas Trees with lights received after over 2 months 1 very ugly 4 inch Christmas tree ornament waiting for a response to regarding getting a refund.

Purchased some tanks/body suits and the stitching is awful and the fabric is already baggy after one wash and not even one wear. Asked for a refund when it arrived with the bad stitching and was told no. They offered $2. Their site says satisfaction guaranteed but they won’t let you return them or get a refund.

Bought two bras from them, the quality of them was horrible so I asked to return them as per their terms and conditions. They refused to accept the return as too much for expensive to send back and offered a £5 compensation as opposed to a full refund of £30 I spent for the bras! I have reached out to customer service so many times and nothing has been resolved. Complete waste of time and money!

This company runs a scam. They sell you items that in no way resemble the picture used to advertise them. It is cheap and nasty rubbish. I have wasted too long in trying to get 'customer services' to refund my £30+, I'm more than happy to send things back but they would rather send me £3 and I get to keep the rubbish. Don't waste your money! Chinois tat.

They claim that their products are made in the USA - it's a lie - it's chineis. They claim you can choose to return the product and get a refund - but you have to pay shipping - they never provide you with a returning address - trying to convince you to give up and receive $3. Lyers - don't get close to them - never buy anything from them!!!

Yep as per other bad reviews, ordered L and they sent me XXL. It's comfortable but not supportive or shapely. Emailed them and was told to order another one and give this one to family/friends as shipping costs not worth sending back. Took ages too come as well. I should have checked reviews.
