Bought a wireless bra that was just garbage. It wouldn't even support cotton balls let alone actual human breast. Tried to return them but shipping cost is more than I paid for the useless bra in the first place. If I could give negative points for customer service, I would. Stay away from buying. It's just a money grab.

Paid £30 sterling for a bra. It advertised buy 1 get 2 free. However, I was supposed to put 3 in my basket to get this offer. I did try it on but it gives no support whatsoever. So i thought as they give a guarantee onbtheir goods I'll send it back. Tried to email to no avail. Tried their useless chat system. All i got was a message saying that it will cost me loads to send back and advised me to keep it. So basically, the goods are rubbish and so is the customer service. They won't be getting me again.

I have ordered M size, they sent me XL, and claiming now that no mistake was done, despite all photos and order confirmation that I have provided to them. Shipment took around 3 weeks. Guarantie does not work - they do not want to exchange the item to the correct size, and they do not want to give the money back. Pity that I did not check reviews before buying from them. Do not recommend to anyone. Worst buying experience ever.

Lifting bras! What a joke! Flimsy cheap rubbish, not at all like the promotional video. Avoid like the plague. Only thing worse than the product is there customer service! ‘Give them to your friends or family’! Order $63, offered compensation of $3. Total rip off.

I made an order 10 days ago. They got the money immediately, but I received no reconfirmation and no tracking. I have no idea whether I ever will receive what I paid for. On 8 june 2023 I wrote to the support mail and they answered "The shipping agency confirmed your order is still in transit The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it." But nothing has changed.
