Superb! Expecting our first baby in a few weeks, we've done a hypnobirthing course, and a zoom antenatal course, all of which were good but had no practical help or advice for dad's. I felt hugely unprepared for the challenge ahead, that's when I found Mantenatal, just finished the course and I feel so ready for what's coming, well maybe not ready, but certainly prepared mentally to deal with whatever challenges come my way. Highly recommended to anyone.

Mantenatal was a great course - it didn't take up too much time, but was a great resource for providing information and handy tips for fathers-to-be during both labour and looking after newborns. My wife was also very impressed with the knowledge imparted and it generated useful discussion points on topics that we hadn't considered. I would definitely recommend it for new fathers!

A very enjoyable course for all new dads. Informative, enlightening, insightful, and fun! Whether it's affirming stuff you already thought you knew, asking those 'stupid questions' otherwise scared to ask, or learning something you'd never know about until you step into the delivery room with mum - this course has something for every new dad to build their confidence and prepare them for the journey ahead with mum. MANtenatal also doesn't shy away from the nitty gritty. Gordon offers real-life advice, examples, suggestions and need-to-know stuff for dads which you won't find on a traditional antenatal course (still do these!). The 'squad' community also offers a supportive network to share experiences and seek advice from other new dads in a safe space. I'm really glad I signed up for MANtenatal and feel so much more confident in supporting my wife on our parenthood journey. Thank you Gordon for a great experience. Gordon is absolutely brilliant, he talks to you like he actually gives a damn because he does. He doesn't lecture or sugarcoat anything but he is incredibly reassuring about the whole process, I honestly can't recommend mantenatal enough to any potential new dad!!

I throughly enjoyed this course! Would recommend to any new dads 100% as it helps you think and plan for the next few months. Going in I was feeling nervous about our new arrival andthe course with Gordon helped me get some confidence and that I am not alone in this journey!

I did the live virtual 2 session course and it is excellent! Really thorough with practical examples and not just theory. I feel much better prepared now than I did before. Highly recommended to all new dads. Thanks Gordon for helping us

Great to build confidence confidence and gives an honest perspective and some tips to help you feel more prepared. Still a lot for you to do but gives you the tools you need to help on the way to having your first child. Would recommend
