I have been a client of Kathrin’s since before 2020, first by buying her books and $11.11 mediations, than upgrading to her signature programs Manifestation Babe Academy (original and current version), Rich Babe Academy, Epically Aligned & The Money Masterclass. As someone who has done all programs I’ve profoundly upleveled my life as a result, even being able to single handedly manifest my first house at 26. While it is true that Kathrin may teach her strategies while demonstrating her real life examples it’s been helpful for myself to see where she started and how the strategies worked for her. When it came to her amazing customer service team, I’ve never had any issues in getting a timely response whether it was regarding updating my credit card on file, a question about my portal or a question about her programs. Several of her customer service reps have messaged me to check that whatever I had needed was resolved. As a company and team they definitely over deliver and pride them selves on service and it shows.

Really best costumer service I have delt with. Every time we exchange an e-mail I am left thinking what a difference good costumer service makes in someone’s experience. In mine for sure. I travel a lot and send e-mails at random timezone times and always got a reply super quick. - like some places take forever to reply, here I got replies faster than I needed them. Seriously never got such quick replies except when it’s an automatic reply and here clearly wasn’t. They are just nice and warm while also efficient and professional. Perfect Balance! Also even open to feedback. After a course I was debating sending an e-mail making a suggestion regarding something technical regarding video and audio replays (which in itself was already something they did extra just to make our experience better separating the meditation audios from the rest of the video to make it easier to access. Something they could have easily not have done and everyone would have paid the same. But they do, simply to make it better) anyway I debated sending it coz didn’t want to be intruding ended up sending it coz thought maybe it was a distraction and could benefit everyone totally open to not even get a reply or jsut getting a “thanks for the feedback” reply and instead again, super quick, got a SUPER nice reply, saying thank you so much and it’s being done as we speak”. With :) and everything! I have don’t TONS of courses and stuff and this legit is the most human and yet ultra efficient costumer service I have delt with. You know the difference when you do check in at the economy counter vs the first class? This is the first class level of costumer service, and it’s for everyone!

I made a mistake registering melt my money block using my 2nd email address. I then email hello manifestation babe to ask to change the email address to my 1st email address where I have all of my MB products. I got a reply that the email address change is done, in under 30 minutes after I send my email. Wow so fast, excellent customer service. Thank you MB team 💖

I have followed Kathrin on social media for YEARS and we’ve connected in DMs before she had a team to manage her messages. She has always been so incredibly kind to me. Her team responds now most of the time since she had Orion but they are also wonderful and very helpful! I haven’t had the chance to join her Manifestation Babe Academy however I have purchased many of her mini offerings and her 21 day money manifestation book. I also listen to her podcast and attend any of her free workshops that she offers. I always get SO much value. When I really tune in to her energy the the vibe of her offerings I ALWAYS manifest anything I’m wanting. I have endless wild stories using her techniques. Kathrin is truly one of the most authentic manifestation coaches out there. She keeps it real and I love her for that! I really really look forward to the day I can finally purchase MBA! I know it will be life changing.

Signed up for manifestation babe academy last year and if there has ever been a mistake with the email that has access to the Kajabi platform, payments, or any worries her team is there within a few hours. Compared to other companies that don’t put customer service first it is truly a breath of fresh air. I really have appreciated all I’ve learned from the education Kathrin provides.

Manifestation Babe and her team make the best team. You can tell how they flow together and make it happen. I found her when I was searching for a podcast to listen to so I could shut off my mind and learn something. Almost a year ago my mother was handed a disease that had no cure and I was faced with losing the one person who taught me unconditional love and it was the darkest time in my life. I have not only learned who I am and can be but I have learned the value and still the door is open to keep learning more about myself and my vision! For this, there is no value of someone opening the mind to grow and learn.

MBA is THEEEE manifestation program. I finished my first round a couple years ago, but lifetime access means I continue to come back to the content, the tools, the workbooks to keep levelling up or working through any new challenges I face. A new biz, a published book, a baby, travel, more money and a killer mindset later I feel unstoppable and know this program will keep moving me forward for life. It really teaches you anything is possible. Come with an open AF mind and be ready to work honestly and deeply through your BS and you will not be disappointed!!! MB fan for life, I now sign up to everything Kathrin does without hesitation because it always takes me to a new level.

Kathrin's programs are so supportive in helping you transform your mindset and limiting beliefs. Her customer service team has rock star service and has always been so supportive and helpful. I have been following Kathrin's Manifestation Babe business since 2017 and can say with absolute confidence and certainty, that Kathrin is a woman of integrity, walks her talk, and loves on her community. Each product I invested in brought me even closer to the truth of who I am. So grateful for Manifestation babe!
