Terrible company! Do not order!!! I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on May 11, still have not received it, called, emails, online chats and no one would refund or cancel my order

I ordered a shirt back in May. They had guaranteed that they would not take your money until your item is shipped and that your item would be mailed in 10-15 days. Well they have continously lied. I still have not received my shirt, they took the money as soon as I ordered the shirt, and I ordered over 2 months ago. Today I received a response from an email I had sent them that stated my shirt was in processing and they would not cancel or refund my order. Horrible experience!!

You won’t get your item. Don’t waste your money or time by ordering. They won’t respond. Ordered a Tshirt on 5-11. Emailed 5 times with a response that it’s on printing and will send out on 6-20. Today is 7-13 and no response. I’m reporting them for fraud.

I just wish I could give a negative review. Don’t order from them! You won’t get your item and their communication skills are terrible. Don’t waste your money or time by ordering.

Scam, Scam, Scam. Ordered June 8th for Father's day gift. Now it is July 10th. They said it shipped on July 2nd. Gave us a bogus Tracking number for DHL. I contacted mangtee via "CHAT", and they just give you a run-around about technical issues & Management is looking into it. Now they say "The management department said that is required that you file a claim". We contacted DHL and they said they have no such tracking #. I highly recommend not using this company for anything! Now it is July 24th. Wife called Mantee and they SAID it shipped on the 7th, not the 2nd. Also; a wrong # was given to DHL. They insinuated DHL must of lost it.

Very unhappy! If you're advertising for father's day you would expect it to arrive on time. Now the 4th of July passed. Maybe my order will arrive before Christmas. Fingers crossed. I will never order from here again!

SCAM!!!!!!! You never receive what you order!

Please do not get scammed and send your money to this company. I seen their advertisement on Facebook for a Father’s Day T-shirt. I went ahead and ordered it and to date it is currently July 5 almost a month and a half later and I still have not received it. I emailed them telling them to cancel my order since we are way past Father’s Day now and I keep getting automated responses. I will be reporting to Bbb, Facebook, FTC and attorney general tomorrow. It’s a shame they had to ruin my husbands Father’s Day gift!
