The customer service I experienced from this company was top-notch, one of the best in a long time. Although it took longer than expected to receive my order, I understood COVID-19 caused some delays and the company was willing to refund 50% of the product price for my inconvenience, far exceeding my expectations. I am happy to say I will refer this company to friends and family.

I ordered a T shirt for my wife for Mother's Day and it didn't arrive until the end of June. But with the pandemic transportation assets were reassigned according to new priorities thus causing unforeseen delays.
