2 years with Logan & Mandeville Fitness have genuinely been the most transformative of my whole life. He didn't put me on a diet — We built a real, sustainable macro/meal plan, and a strength-building workout, tailored specifically to me. What sets Logan apart, honestly, is how *effortlessly* he balances being knowledgeable, supportive, and completely approachable. I've never felt more confident in myself or my workouts. If you're looking for a Coach who actually meets you where YOU are and helps you become the best version of yourself, you can finally stop looking.

Logan runs a program that's genuinely different from the typical online fitness setup. Yes, there's an app, but the substance is in the weekly check-ins, the willingness to answer nutrition questions, and the steady coaching in between. It's not a workout plan; it's a balanced approach to training your body to adapt, gradually, toward results that actually hold up. I've now gone through two rounds with Mandeville Fitness. The first time, I wanted to lose about 15 pounds, and Logan got me there without complications. A few years later, some of that weight crept back, which happens, and he helped me reset and get back on track just as effectively. If you're looking for someone who treats fitness as a long-term system rather than a quick fix, Logan delivers.

Logan at Mandeville Fitness is incredible! Over the past year, he’s helped me lose over 60 pounds, but more importantly, he’s taught me how to keep it off. Through a personalized approach that focuses on calories and macros, I’ve learned how to balance my nutrition without cutting out the things I enjoy. His one-on-one weekly workout plans have helped me build muscle, drop body fat, and lower my BMI. I haven’t felt this good in years! Best of all, I’m still enjoying life, spending time with friends and family, and not stuck on some crazy restrictive diet. Couldn’t recommend Logan more!

Logan was a great help in motivating me to lose 50 pounds. I started with him at 60 years old and immediately felt better about myself. He has an app that he will customize just for you and then help you on meal prep so that you stroke the balance of losing weight. The secret is to eat the right foods that will fuel your body, but exercise to be calorie deficit. A year with Logan will add years to your life!
