DO NOT TRUST MILES MALOHN AND MALOHN CAPITAL
I would be VERY weary about dealing with this firm. I got roped in by Lucas Rabbani, their Director of Capital Advisory. After speaking with him and researching the firm, including seeing positive reviews here, i decided that i would move forward. From there, I was assigned to Jeff Barak, who was in charge of getting all of my business information. After moving up the chain, I was told that i would be granted a 150k line of credit through their private capital program, which they fund in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, i was then told that they are unable to do the 150k private capital as others are taking longer than expected to pay back and said they would 'try' to get me 50k in 0% credit cards, which is not what i was looking to do since these programs often get escalated to 21-30% very quickly despite what the banks advertise. As such, I politely asked for a refund of my 5k that was my upfront fee for their program. I was told to speak with Miles Malohn (notice the last name). After speaking with Miles, he informed me that it wasn't up to him and he would have to speak with others. That was over a weak ago and despite multiple attempts to reach out to Miles and Jeff, nothing but crickets. No refund, nobody reaching out to move forward with either the credit cards or the private capital program that i originally signed up for. I would definitely NOT trust any of these guys as they don't seem to be standing behind their word or even offering what they tell you they are offering.
