I give this service 5 stars for the fact that the owner will respond to any questions and comments that you have. You get his cell phone, email, and there’s even a group chat for members of other users. Which is cool because you can actually talk to people that use the product instead of just trying to search for answers on the internet. You can talk to people with real results and experiences whether it be good or not so good. Just a great product and community in my opinion. Thanks Ben! Can’t wait to see where I am a year from now.

Traction therapy (hanging) works. 6.5bpel to 7.5bpel from July to Oct 2024. Good build quality. Will take some time to get used too, but once you do just be consistent. Don’t increase weight too quickly, but do so over time. Progressive overload and time under tension is the key.
