Outstanding Maldives Travel Experience – Highly Recommended! We booked our 19-day Maldives holiday across two different islands with Fede, and we honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. We came to Fede through a personal recommendation, and after our experience, we can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning a trip to the Maldives. We travel to the Maldives every two years and are therefore very familiar with both German and European tour operators. We have had many different travel experiences over the years, but the level of personal service, expertise, and dedication we received from Fede was by far the best we have experienced so far. From the very beginning, Fede took an incredible amount of time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He put a great deal of thought and effort into selecting the perfect two islands for our 19-day stay. His recommendations were not simply based on brochures or standard packages — it was clear that he knows the Maldives exceptionally well and has genuine first-hand knowledge of the islands and resorts. What impressed us most was his personal commitment. Fede was available around the clock, always responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one was deserved. Honestly, he was a lifesaver. Originally, we were about to book a completely different resort that pretty much every other agency was recommending. It was a very new property, so there wasn't much information online. Before paying, I came across his posts on TripAdvisor and figured I'd just ask for his opinion since he clearly knew the Maldives inside out. That single message probably saved us close to **$40,000**. Instead of trying to sell us the resort, he actually refused to quote it because he felt that strongly against us going there. He even sent us recent photos from a colleague on the island showing the actual condition of the resort. He could've easily given us a cheaper quote than the other agencies, made the booking, taken his commission, and we'd never have known until we arrived. Instead, he chose to lose the booking because he genuinely didn't want us to waste our money. That told me everything I needed to know about him. For context, we've been to the Maldives more than eight times and stayed at some of its top resorts, including Joali Being and The Ritz-Carlton. We're quite picky, and it's not easy to impress us. He spent a lot of time asking what we actually wanted from the trip, what our budget was, what we liked and didn't like, and then recommended Anantara Kihavah. It ended up being exactly what we were looking for. On top of that, he got us a price that was significantly better than anything we were offered elsewhere. But what really stood out was everything after we booked. He went out of his way to help us get rooms with the best views, handled every request we had, checked in with us throughout the holiday, and whenever we messaged him about anything, he was on it immediately. It never felt like the typical "once you've paid, good luck" experience. He genuinely cared that everything went well. Towards the end of our trip, we ran into some problems because of bad weather affecting departures, and he was constantly checking on us, asking if we needed help arranging anything and making sure we were okay. From start to finish, it honestly felt like dealing with someone whose priority was making sure we had the best possible holiday for the best possible price—not making the biggest commission. After visiting the Maldives this many times, we've dealt with a lot of travel agents. I can genuinely say this was the best experience we've had with one. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about your trip rather than just making a sale, I couldn't recommend him more.

First time Maldives traveler for our honeymoon. Found Fede on Trip Advisor forums, after months of communication we finally made our trip! Fede was patient, communicated clearly and answered every little question I had. He made recommendations based on our preferences and after our trip I can say he was spot on!
