Very Disappointed Scammer, never got my product : With Customer Service and Shipping Experience
I recently placed an order with Malani Jewelers and had a very disappointing experience. My ring was shipped via FedEx 2-Day, but the package never arrived on the expected date. When I contacted customer service, the representative I spoke with, Shiva, told me he had no idea where my package was. For a guaranteed 2-Day shipment, this was extremely frustrating. On top of that, I learned there were details about ring sizing that were not handled correctly. My order invoice clearly shows no resizing instructions, and I never requested resizing. When I purchased the ring, I was told it would be sold as is in size 6.25, yet the communication afterwards was confusing and made me question the transparency of the process. This experience has really affected my trust in the company. I expected clearer communication, accountability, and faster resolution for an order of this value.
