Good product
We used the trial but discovered that while the product is good, it did not fit our specific requirements. The system is difficult to unsubscribe but I was given a refund after disputing.

We haven’t compelled you, to purchase the product, you decided to make this product yours because you find it enticing and valuable. But within a few days, you decided you don’t want this product anymore as it wasn’t meeting your requirements.
After that, you asked for the refund, our team has told you it takes about 2-4 hours to complete the refund process but, before we can contact you, you started creating the dispute on various channels.
But even after so much contention created by you, we have refunded your money.
I just want to tell you, our company provides a refund within 2-4 hours but, for refunding the amount we require a valid reason from the client side. The support team is 24/7 present to help the clients but, to help them we also require co-operation from their side. Our company has some rules and policies and, we hope our customers should follow them and maintain trust in the company.
We are still here to help you, just keep faith in us. Good results can be obtained if we work together. We only require co-operation from your side.
