ordered something that came damaged I have been in touch with them for over a week to try and figure out if they're going to replace it, send it back, credit me.....all I keep getting is we'll get back to you within 48 hours. I've sent them multiple emails no replies!!! worst customer service ever

Extremely disappointing experience — would not recommend!!!!! I placed an order over two months ago and still haven’t received it. I have contacted the company multiple times and repeatedly requested a refund, but despite this, I have still received neither my order nor my money back. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating!! At this point, the way this has been handled genuinely makes the company come across as a SCAM, as I have paid for something I never received and am still chasing my money back! I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from this company to not order from there. If you want to purchase a MAKE UP FOR EVER product, I recommend you order from Sephora instead.

I can’t believe they’re owned by the same company as Sephora. They’re the upside down of customer service. Their foundations are a complete BUST, caking up, settling into lines. They shipped the product ln a paper envelope, destroying all the foundation packaging and now I gotta send back, because foundation sucks. But they don’t answer emails and I’ll need to pay to send it back. I’M NEVER ORDERING THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN, even at Sephora

La marque a modifié la texture des ombres à paupières. Vendues sous la forme d'une palette, la poudre s'est désagrégée dans la boîte. Elle ne s'applique pas correctement. Très déçue. Je déconseille.

Méfiance maximale, commande passée le 27 juillet, toujours pas livrée au 21 août!!! Je leur ai communiqué l avis de colis perdu fournis par la poste elle-même et il ne renvoie tout de même pas le colis. Outre le fait que le maquillage on en a besoin et qu on ne peut pas attendre 4 semaines pour être livré, je recommande vivement de ne pas acheter sur make up for ever qui encaisse vos paiements et ne livre pas.
