Had a problem where some makeup was shipped and didn't show up. Well past when it was due, I emailed them to tell them I never the product. They immediately responded and asked if I wanted a refund, or ship it again. My wife needed it, and it was a good price so I asked them to send it again. The second one showed up on time, along with the other package that postage shows it was sent on time, but spent 2 weeks IN the postal service! Originally, I was going to send the original one back, but then my wife wondered what they would charge me for the additional package as well. I enquired, and received an email from Makeup Direct telling me to keep the products.. Best customer service I have ever seen.
