Great customer service

I am a huge fan of Makerbot. They have always been first class when I need them.

Issue quickly resolved. I had a part go out due to heavy use of the machine. They quickly and inexpensively sent me the replacement parts with great instructions on how to do the job. They are always a pleasure to deal with.

Equipment purchase was easy, fast and delivery was on time. Machine has worked with no issues.

I purchased the MakerBot Replica Mini+ for my school library. The MakerBot company was easy to order from and their sales representative was very helpful through the whole process. The 3D printer itself has been an awesome addition to the school. Easy to set up and use. Helpful troubleshooting guide on the MakerBot website. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I love our Makerbots! We have tried a few other brands, but Makerbot has been the best option for us. They are the simplest 3D printers to use. Right out of the box I didn't need to modify anything and it ran perfectly. They are also incredible reliable. The prints always come out the way they were meant to be, with an excellent quality. The tough PLA they use is amazing quality and high strength. Overall I would very highly recommend a Makerbot to anyone who wants to get into the world of 3D Printing.
