Makerbot has the best customer service they are there for you long after the sale. Everyone I’ve worked with was very knowledgeable on both the products and troubleshooting the few minor problems I’ve had of which were caused by my own mistakes. Very courteous and patient people. I hope that never changes.

Makerbot is an amazing company that makes amazing 3D Printers, they stand behind there product 100%, Customer Service is one of the best i have ever dealt with, and here's why. . . I bought a refurbished 5th gen from a third party and immediately was having issues, called Makerbot customer service and they hook me up with a 6 mo. warranty and sent a replacement, 3 months later i was experiencing a problem, sent me another replacement. . amazing they care where a lot of companies would not. I'm a Customer for Life

Outstanding 3D printers for our PLTW and MakeSpace at our middle school. Customer service is the absolute best I have dealt with. We tried other 3D printers and have been nothing but disappointed. MakerBots are far better than anything else we dealt with.
