Thanks, MakerBot, for your help with the problem I was experiencing with one of my 3D printers. Your support staff was helpful in guiding me through the steps to determine what is wrong with it. It turned out that I had to ship it back for a replacement. The follow-up regarding the shipping was timely so thanks for all of the help.

VERY HELPFUL PHONE SUPPORT!! I have two MakerBot printers, a Rep 2 and a Rep 2X (obviously, both rather dated models by now). I have only recently (i.e., the last five months) started using both extensively, and Makerbot's tech support couldn't be more supportive. Every single rep I've spoken to has been knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his/her way to find a solution to my problem, email me links to useful videos/info, discuss things, etc.. All around, great experience, and I'm glad I bought the machines.

Excellent product with awesome support. 3D printers have problems... this one has much fewer and frequent than the other brands I've worked with.
