Very prompt answer to my email. Incredible as was at 5am! Very helpful. Utilised translation service - good copies made. Thank you

This company signed me up and charged my credit card without my knowledge. I would suggest being very careful in using them

I had to translate some important cancer documents from Bulgarian to English so my Nan can continue her treatment, Easy and super fast translation. Thank you!

I submitted application for genuine refund of subscription amount usd 39 charged erroneously by company due to a possible glitch. Madam Lisa from customer service handled my application with meticulous professionalism, lightening speed and to utmost customer satisfaction. This reflects a very positive approach for customer handling by this company and its staff. Thanks alot, though I still awaited receipt of the promised refund

I used this for a quick and easy necessity, and it worked great. Accidentally I had subscribed for the full program, which I do not need, and this was resolved very quickly by the very friendly and helpful customer service team. Thank you!

I purchased the 3 day plan for $1.99 without realising that after 3 days it would turn into a $39.99 per month plan. After 3 days had passed I became aware of this change and immediately contacted their support team. Within minutes they had actioned my request and cancelled the deduction along with the continuing plan. Their communication was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend for their commitment to customer care and satisfaction. 👍👍
