Used this company on Saturday and forgot to cancel the subscription, but I emailed them this morning and they canceled it for me absolutely great service thankyou Lisa 👍

The company charged me for a subscription after I canceled, said they would refund and confirmed my canceled account and have not done so for weeks. The tech works for compressing but it feels like a definite scam.

This company is scam, I used their service for single time, they charged. They charged again for subscription which I didn’t, requested a refund. They replied they will refund, waited two months, refund never came. Reason why they send response that refund initiated is to make sure you don’t report their transaction to bank as fraud. Very clever move. You have been warned. Do not trust fake reviews.

Lisa didn't argue the point or suggest a partial repayment. I was gobsmacked- ie amazed!! The repayment was also prompt.

Service done exactly as described, I only needed a single conversion, price was good, easy payment with immediate results, my email requesting to stop any further billing as re occurring wasn't needed was answered and actioned as requested upon receipt of my request, conformation was also provided to re assure me, that's fab customer service! So, if you need this kind of conversation dont hesitate.

I used the service for a document needed for a visa application. Excellent service provided from Lisa in the support team. I’ll be using them again for future PDF needs.

A very favourable experience with Makemepdf. I tried out the program to get a French/English conversation for a very important SPCA document but afterwards cancelled my subscription as I no longer had use for it. If I require it again I would not hesitate to download again & subscribe. My subscription fee was called for a few days before renewal but refunded asap by the company when the error was realized. 10 out of 10 for service and proactive friendly customer service.
