Really appreciated that I could use it for 5 days. Unfortunately, after the 5 days, I was automatically billed for a month. Contacted the help desk, and Lisa was very helpful. Not only did she cancel the subscription for me, but also reverse the 1 month's subscription. Great site, but would request that they make it clear that you are going to go into a continuous subscription.

I unexpectedly was charged a reoccurring subscription for makemepdf. The website has no clear cancel subscription section but instead you are advised to contact support. I messaged the support and team and within a couple hours my subscription was cancelled which I was extremely pleased with. The staff member I conversed with was Lisa, she was excellent to deal with

Yes. I bought one transaction for $0.99. Since then, they tried to charge me first $1.00 but then $39.99 every day. Thanks goodness my bank declined these charges. Beware of these fraudster company.

I used Makemepdf service, and paid a small amount of $0.99, of which I forgot to cancel it before the 5 days. I noticed I got billed the $39.99 per month and 3 days after I cancelled it, however to them, cancelling means losing the plan benefits immediately, I don't understand why is that?
