I've been ordering from Makaboo for a while now. Each gift I've sent has been loved by parent and child. I love their selection and price. And they offer coupons at various times which is always a plus. They've been a pleasure to deal w/ on the few occasions when I've needed to call. I know I'll order more gifts from them in the future.

Makaboo's website was easy to navigate, choose an item, and then explore different ways to personalize it. I ordered a large, personalized tote bag for my nephew, and it arrived a week later - well crafted, nicely wrapped, and with a personalized gift card. And UPS shipping was included in the price. I'd recommend this site.

I ordered a lovey for a friend's baby and it is great but, when I ordered it, my payment wasn't processed and I wasn't informed of this until about three weeks later. The lovey wasn't delivered almost a month after I ordered it and this was disappointing. In the past, I think it has taken 2-3 weeks.
