Major TomReviews of majortom.com

I got ripped off by someone claiming to be part of this company. I was optimizing orders for 5 days in a row and had to cover "lucky orders" which were 4% instead of 0.4%. A smaller one baited me and actually pulled the money back out after. Then after borrowing money from my father and pawning my gold rings I get notice that I'm the big winner of a huge bonus and freezes everything conveniently just before closing time. Heartless.

Major Tom has been a trusted and highly capable digital partner for us over the past five years. As a large and complex organization, we require a partner with a strong understanding of enterprise level digital standards, and Major Tom consistently delivers across critical areas including performance, security, scalability, long term maintainability, and support for long term digital growth and organizational objectives. Their technical operations are well structured, and collaboration is efficient and seamless. Special recognition goes to our account manager, Anna, and the development team behind the scenes. Their experience, responsiveness, and deep understanding of our requirements give us the confidence to focus on broader strategic priorities, knowing our digital platform is well supported and in expert hands.

I work with Shift (Solar & Energy Storage Installer) and I had a great experience working with Major Tom on our brand refresh and new website. Their team is knowledgeable, thoughtful, supportive, and I feel they personally and genuinely want us to succeed as a business. Shout out to Nathalie! They made me feel like a priority during any request, and delivered a polished functional design and UX that feels both national and locally grounded, exactly what we asked for. Communication was strong throughout, and they were quick to find solutions when challenges came up, as they inevitably do. Thank you, Major Tom! Highly recommend!

I've worked with Major Tom for just over 10 years in varying capacities across their Paid Media and Social Media teams. I've always enjoyed very positive working relationships, and they have offered great value and strategic guidance to media campaigns. They always add valuable insights into the data and make recommendations to improve overall strategy. It's always felt like a strong strategic partnership and they seem to have a positive working culture. Would highly recommend them as a media partner.

We have had a great experience working with Major Tom. As a large insurance brokerage, reliability and responsiveness are critical for us, and Major Tom excels in both. Their team is quick to act on urgent technical issues, proactive with security updates, and has helped us maintain extremely high website uptime of around 99.98 percent. Communication is excellent, especially through Anna, who is always responsive and easy to work with. Their work on new website components has made it easier for our clients to understand coverage inclusions and claims processes.

A great experience with the entire Major Tom team. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the work well. The process has been smooth and collaborative, with a strong focus on creating a clear, user-friendly website that offers value to our members and will help us focus on growth. We would happily recommend them.

Please stop emailing me asking if I want a website. If I wanted one, I would do my research and select someone myself. You are crawling through the internet, getting peoples emails and sending a load of spam.
