Majestic Vent CoversWe specialize in ceiling and wall decorative resin vent covers! Why resin grilles and registers? Specifically formulated to accommodate central air and heat, our products go through thorough heat and cold testing, unlike metal grilles, our products do not rust and unlike wood grilles, our products do not splint. Resin grilles are sturdy, durable, strong and light in weight. We carry decorative grilles, registers and return air filters in many sizes and can custom make the sizes we don't.

Bill, thank you so very much for taking the time to write a review. We do make each grille by hand and then paint them to order, so I thank you for your patience. Thank you!

These vent covers are beautiful, sturdy, custom made, and arrive in only a matter of a couple of weeks. Really amazing. I have ordered and received 2 (both different sizes but same pattern). I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the ones shipped to me were not the size I ordered. They offered to replace them , but when I asked for a refund they are charging me a 25% restocking fee for their mistake. Will never order from them again.
Response from Majestic Vent CoversNov 26, 2018
It's really disappointing that you're writing false reviews. We sent you EXACTLY what you ordered. You order the wrong size, we offer to send you the correct size, you said no, I just want a refund. If we had made a mistake and sent the wrong thing we would absolutely replace it, no questions asked. We paint each grille by hand and to-order, which is written all over the website, under the product category it says "All finished registers are final sale. Only unpainted products may be returned" and there's a disclaimer at checkout as well, we're very transparent about this. So if we ask for a restocking fee of 25% it's for the labor that went into painting each grille. Unfortunately, your one-star review can be very damaging to a small business like ours, we tried to fix the issue for you but you rejected our offer for replacement. If there is ever an issue we strive to fix that issue and hundreds of other customers can vouch for that. Thank you.
