Ordered wrong vent cover .
I ordered the register in the wrong material and it melted . They were kind enough to refund me my money, so i could reorder one in the right material .

EDIT: I'm confused. You replied to two of my emails. I offered you an exchange for a steel grille for an extra $15 (if you wanted it) and I also said "I’ll get a refund approved for you" on Monday if you don't want a steel grille. I am literally waiting for your reply. Hello. You purchased a wall/ceiling vent cover which is a 100% quality vent cover for the wall or ceiling. There are several disclosures all over the website that state that resin grilles should NEVER be used on the floor. We do have steel floor vent covers specifically for floor use. You've been contacted via email with an offer for a refund. Thanks.
