Majestic Star - Steak House, etc.
The staff at the Steak House is personable, polite and professional. The food portions could be larger, but the taste of the food is usually quite good. I am not a beef eater, so there needs to be more non-beef choices. I ordered lobster on an earlier visit and it was tough. The elevator needs to be re-conditioned. There should be more window cashiers available. Drink service is dismal. Gladys is great. Machines are really tight. Drawings are not worth the suspense. Wait at Wings n Things too long. "Gifts" in no way measure up to those at Four Winds. But, I'll probably be back. I must be a glutton for punishment.

Hi Alverine- Thank You for the compliments to our Steakhouse Staff. We have made some adjustments to our Steakhouse menu which can be found on our dining page of our website (www.majesticstarcasino.com), just click on The Steakhouse. We are continuing to make improvements on our menu, presentation and design (there may be a very cool update coming this summer). We will be looking to refurnish the elevator by the buffet, either March or April, to go along with our new Steel City Grill. We have made some improvements to our gifts in February. We've tried our best to reward a large segment of our players with gifts, but also improve the quality of the gift. It hasn't been an easy task, but we've continued to strive for excellence.
