Security has become very lax at Majestic. During my last two visits, patrons had become loud and argumentative with other patrons. I was not involved, but it was scary and there was no security personnel around to resolve the altercation. When I have seen security, they always seem to be standing around, talking to each other - poor management. Finally, I hope the escalator is being repaired. It's off-again/on-again operation for the past six months is absolutely ridiculous. Again, poor management. When visiting Majestic I sometimes get the sense that they are doing me a favor by operating - I think management should readjust their attitude to more of a consumer friendly environment, Talk to the valet parking attendants . . they are all really great . friendly and efficient.

There are a lot of good people working on this boat(s) surrounded by a sea of mediocrity. It is a great location and has the machines we like to play, Otherwise, we would go to 1) a casino with professional looking well trained staff 2) a clean, well kept casino 3) a casino where we could invite guests without being embarrassed 4) a casino where the loyalty program is consistent and understandable

What the MS did with cash-back in August and September was great. Giving 6 times points to players that played low paying VP games was a big incentive to play the low return games. Many of the low paying games are more fun but I have learned that my money lasts longer on the high paying VP games until the last two months. Perhaps you should watch the developments at the “Plaza Hotel” in Vegas. They have removed all of their highest paying VP games. They are now advertising every VP game is over 99%.
