ISA B.
I FELT LIKE A PIECE OF FURNITURE
I was on a recent visit to Majestic Star Casino. when I had a machine malfunction. I waited 13 minutes after not finding a slot attendant, or tech to fix my machine. I turned on about 25 change and service lights. The security guards and even the bar tender tried to help me. I then asked for a slot supervisor. The slot attendant finally came. Mildred, I think. As soon as she left, my machine malfunctioned once again. I then turned on every light on the casino floor. The cashiers were even trying to help me. I even went behind the Attendant, turned on her light, as she kept talking to employees. My entire wait was about 40-50 minutes from beginning to end. Mary, the supervisor finally came. I felt as if I was keeping her from doing her reports. Since she mentioned her reports were going to be late. Isabel fixed my machine and was very pleasant and courteous. Mary took several more minutes to, I guess check to see if I had really waited a long time. She did ask if there was something she could do for me. I told her "NO", due to I didn't want to keep her any longer. I told her all she would probably offer me would be a buffet. I find THAT buffet, undesirable. JOHN D. from security always puts a smile on my face in the mornings.
