Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually care about the end results for our small company in the Carolinas! Changes and tweaks are normally within hours of suggesting them, and we receive valuable feedback on how to utilize everything from AI to posting videos on YouTube. I feel internet-nurtured, and have total trust in my personal agent, Jim Kloppenborg, who attends to my website concerns, pronto, with patient kindness, and is a wonderful go- between me and the company. I have tried other hosting sites but find I like Main Street best.

Mainstreethost built a really fine wordpress site for my one-person musician business. I've been with them for nearly 10 years. They host and market my site, keeping it on top of page one consistently. It can be challenging to find a company that will serve small businesses. Mainstreethost is that company. I never worry about a thing. A special shout out to account coordinator Austin Ford who manages my site. He updates me regularly and is always responsive and available to talk.
