I ordered two shoe organizers in mid May- almost two month later stopped receiving shipping updates and still no shoe organizers. About to create a dispute on my credit card.

The order was lost. After contacting support, I was asked if I wanted the order resent or my money back. I opted for a reshipment. I ordered an interactive robot, and all I received was a poor 3D print. Support responded quickly, but was very stubborn. I was offered a 5 euro credit. I would have had to return the item myself (I would have had to cover the shipping costs to China) to receive the "correct" robot. After 20 emails back and forth, I gave up – never again!

Just received the crossbody bag and the strap is much shorter than shown in the ad and the bag is much smaller and only has one compartment. The ad is a lie and I would not recommend purchasing this

I just received mine and I must say I am VERY disappointed. The strap isn't even as long as on any of my "regular" crossbody bags. I'm not very fat, but the bag can only reach below my chest. It is not worth the money in my eyes. thinking of just throwing it out right away because I am not gonna use it with the short strap. DISAPPOINTED. Mine is also only half the size of the one she shows and only has one compartment. CHEATING AND FRAUD.
