This pre-standard shipping says two day delivery. I called and asked to be quoted for overnight delivery the morning after I bought it first thing in the morning they quoted me I paid it. They still waited four days to take the package to FedEx so if you’re ordering from them, don’t pay for the overnight delivery because even if they get the standard, you’re not gonna get it in two days let alone one day with overnight

I placed an order for a msi MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 through this website. Most other locations have it listed at $899.99-949.99, but they had it listed for $1099.99 on their site. I took the concession of the price because many other locations were sold out. The order was placed and confirmed by the 7th. On the 11th, I received an email that they actually didn't have the monitor in stock and would not likely have it to ship until the end of June. I expressed my frustration at them taking the money without confirming stock and mentioned that the inflated cost was first perceived as being them placing a premium on having stock, which I was begrudgingly okay with. They were very unhelpful and basically hyped up the fact that they were offering a refund as if it was anything other than the legal requirement for not being able to provide the item they sold in a timely manner. I asked them if they would provide anything else as a form of restitution for the opportunity cost of tying up over a thousand dollars and they again just repeated they'd be refunding the order promptly. Insane level of apathy to have as a company that proports itself as being customer centered. Edit: The reply is full of lies. I have an email received on the 8th that CLEARLY states the order was processed and placed in the shipment queue. If you don't have people working on the weekends, that's totally fine. Just don't confirm an order by system if you require a person is there to manually review. After you found out you didn't have the item, you also didn't immediately refund me. You offered me the option to wait until the end of June for this item's shipment. I prompted the refund and expressed my frustration. There was no real attempt to make up for poor business practices and the offer of the refund did not address that I missed out on a sale that could have happened with another retailer because I stopped actively looking. The reply is more of the same, low accountability and tons of excuses.
