Angel assisted me with replacing my cpu, he was awesome. Admittedly I was feeling freaked out but Angel helped me out and made sure everything was all good. He bared with me and resolved my requests promptly. Best customer service I could ask for.

This is my second PC from maingear both have been great. 2 minor issues both times maingear responded quickly neither issue was their fault.

Aaron is the best technical support I've ever had. He was so nice, thoughtful, helped answer every question I had - stayed on with me until all problems were solved. He was a 100/10 - this company is amazing if people like him work there.

My experience with Maingear was excellent from the very beginning. Their website is excellent, answered the questions I had and I was able to configure the PC of my dreams. Lou Z in sales was very helpful as well, answering my questions and helping me through the ordering process. The build time was reasonable. The computer was built, tested and stressed for stability, which I appreciated. The machine was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. My computer is a custom APEX Rush, which has liquid cooling. I chose the clear acrylic tubing and red coolant. It looks amazing with the multitude of RGB LED lights all over the case and fans. It  is an absolute beauty and I love it. The machine is fast, powerful and reliable. I feel relieved that the technical support is available to answer questions and troubleshoot in case there are any issues. So, overall, a great experience with MAINGEAR: the website, the staff, the product and the technical support. I would recommend Maingear to anyone looking for a quality computer, great service and a variety of price points.

Shipping was super fast and the packaging was more than sufficient. Setting everything up was a breeze and customer service was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when I had a follow-up question.
