I had a PC that was maybe considered mid-tier back in 2020. Having been a while and desiring an upgrade, I got one of their best. And I must say, Maingear's reputation has been well earned. It works extremely well, all my games are dialed up to 11, and the PC just laughs while doing it. I am well pleased, but that's not all. I had sent an E-mail asking about potential upgrades in the future, mainly for storage. I am looking into content creation and well, the more the merrier. Within 4 hours, I had received a response from Mr. Barbieri, detailing how it can be done, and if I need help in the future, they're willing to assist. Customer service, quality product, prompt shipping. I don't see myself going with another company. It's just been great all around. Thanks, Maingear! You've made me a very happy person :)

Absolutely knocked this build out of the park. Recently upgraded to an Apex Force and dealt with Lou. Probably the best company and rep I've ever dealt with in building a custom PC, took care of everything. PC came super protected and have had no issues since receiving it. Support, especially Lou have been quick and easy to deal with the whole way for a few custom items they did for me beyond what the website builder allows for. Highly recommend.

I bought my first PC from MainGear around 2015, and it’s been the most reliable computer I’ve ever seen. I made a few upgrades along the way, but it gave me a decade of solid performance before I decided to retire it in favor of something more modern. My first pc was such a good experience that I knew I wanted to order from MainGear again, and it’s where my whole family gets their computers from at this point. I’ve had my new prebuilt for about two weeks now and am super pleased to see that MainGear still delivers the same level of quality. It runs like a dream and there were no hiccups getting it set up. The only suggestion I might make mirrors what other reviewers have mentioned - it would be helpful to have MSI center come preinstalled, and some of the extra odds and ends that ship with the computer could benefit from more labels/instructions. I’m super happy with the product and experience. I hope to get many more years of enjoyment out of maingear’s computers.

Bought a prebuilt ryzen 9850x 3d top of the line MG1 5090 system and it was delivered in two days. Immediate answers from customer service with any of my questions. Arrived with really incredible gpu support bracket installed i didn't immediately notice. That gpu is super stable. Not used to this level of outstanding customer support which has been amazing. Clean and beautiful build. I am really pleased. Thanks Maingear

They put together a laptop for me 14 years ago. It's still working in 2026! Lifetime support too. Great company!
