This is a business comprised of Flooring Professionals. From the first visit to their showroom through to completion of the job; everyone was timely, responsive, courteous, patient, organized and customer focussed. I've had such a poor experience from other contractors including the "Big Box" stores. In the time it took for Lowe's to return their bid, Main Floor had provided an estimate, schedules installation and had custom ordered product on the way. So much for the 35.00 charge for an estimate at Lowe's. Best of all, the floor looks AMAZING! You can tell when someone takes pride in the products and services they provide and these guys are an example of how to "Do Business Right". Everyone who has see the floor raves about how wonderful it looks. Even those OCD Engineers I deal with can't find a single flaw in the workmanship. Thank you for and excellent Job!!!!

Main Floor just re-did 3 rooms of flooring for us. We couldn't be happier with the product, the price, and most of all, the workmanship in the installation. The project went smooth and the guys are great. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I hired Main Floor Carpet One to install vinyl flooring and carpeting throughout my entire basement. As the owner of an historic home (built in 1925) I was initially very concerned about how the installation would go because my floors aren't level and I had experienced some significant water damage in the basement prior to Main Floor Carpet One beginning its work. Thankfully, I had no need to worry! From the time the process started through completion, I was delighted with the team of consummate professionals that handled my account.
