Main FaucetReviews of mainfaucet.com

Everything I got was high-quality and shipped quickly. More important, when one of the items turned out not to fit where I thought it would, their customer service was friendly and helpful, and I had no problem exchanging it.

Ordered a range hood. Received it. When we went to install it we found the stainless steel was stained. Attempted to clean it with Stainless cleaner. But it did not remove the stain. You could still see it clearly since it would have been at eye level. Chatted with Matt on the MainFaucet site. Sent TWO images. He told me he would have another unit on the way that day. Over a week later I received a can of STAINLESS STEEL cleaner in the mail. NO mention of whether or not a new unit was being shipped and no notification of any kind. Chatted with Simon and was told I would have to send images. I told him that I had. THEN I was told he would have to wait for the factory to reply. When asked what happened to Whatever Matt had put in motion I got no response. After dealing with that I opted to return the unit and was told on Nov 20 that a check MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES would be issued within a couple of days. It is now December 12 and I have not received a check and we were told that one had not been sent out yet. This is truly the worst service I have experienced in a long long time.

I ordered the shower doors at a great price compared with all other sellers. Received a FedEx tracking number a few days later but no shipment for more than 2 weeks. I had to make multiple calls to find out there was a shipping delay from the manufacturer. I should have been notified of the shipping issue without having to make multiple calls. Finally received the shower doors 3-4 weeks after ordering. Very happy with the quality of the doors. Better customer service would have resulted in a 5 star rating. Just dealing with the frustration of delivery delay and no notification led to the lower rating.

We ordered our vanity with a double sink. The price was the best price and it was delivered on time with no flaws. It was easy and hassle free.

I would rate below 1star. "ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS" best suits for purchases from this website. "No Hassle Return" on their website is trash. I wouldn't recommend this website. Purchase from reputed websites even if the product price is high.

I purchased the Kraus Undermount Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink from Main Faucet as it was by far the cheapest price on-line. The sink arrived on time with no defects. The sink is absolutely beautiful. I would purchase from Main Faucet again.

We ordered a shower door and it was delivered on time with no issues. The price quoted was the lowest. Thank you.

Could not find a smaller size sink and vanity set, as well as faucet to match in our local Home Depot or Lowes stores. I was glad I started looking on line. Customer service rep. was great in helping me select a matching faucet. Sink and vanity arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Very pleased with this purchase and your company.
