Mainfaucet Sent me missing parts to an expensive shower glass door and when I returned it due to the missing pieces, Simon, the so called manager refused to refund me the money back for the glass door. The door was in flawless shape and can be resold without a doubt. Horrible customer service as a company, and horrible communication skills on Simon's behalf

We were replacing our kitchen counter-tops and wanted an under-counter mount sink. Our current sink is a corner sink and we were surprised how difficult they were to find and the high price that went along with it. We ordered this sink and were very pleased with the quality and sink depth, the price was reasonable too, in comparison to other corner sinks. Our plumber even commented on the good quality. It shipped promptly and was very well packaged. We would recommend to others.

The people in customer service went out of their way to help me source the sink that I was looking for. They were out of stock with no availability projected for 3-4 weeks, but when another customer did not take delivery of the same sink, they called me to see if I was still interested. Solid!
