MailshakeReviews of mailshake.com

I like the ease of use and clarity. Also, they present exactly the options needed at the step needed, like different options to curate recipients when creating a campaign so it protects deliverability and the sender score. I can't say anything negative, my overall experience have been very good.

Mailshake has been a game-changer for my cold email outreach. Unlike other platforms, it doesn’t just help you send emails—it ensures they actually get delivered. As someone who works extensively in email deliverability, I’ve struggled with other tools that trigger spam filters or fail to optimize sending infrastructure. Mailshake, on the other hand, has helped me maintain strong inbox placement, improve open rates, and ultimately, convert more leads into sales. Here’s what I love about Mailshake: ✅ Excellent Deliverability – My emails consistently land in the inbox, not the spam folder. ✅ User-Friendly Automation – The sequences are easy to set up, and personalization at scale is seamless. ✅ Powerful Integrations – It connects smoothly with my existing tech stack, making workflows more efficient.

Amazing platform, I use it for more than a year. I love how easy it is to reuse sequences and leads from previous campaigns. It literally takes me a minute to set up a campaign and send it. The best mailing platform I've used so far!

Love Mailshake for its user-friendly interface, flexibility, greatest resources and helpful customer support team. They got everything for cold outreach (at least for our needs).

I’ve been using Mailshake for the past 2 years. As a full-time entertainer traveling globally with my show while having twin toddlers, having tools that make my life easier is essential. Over the years I’ve tried multiple tools for different things, and I can only think of two programs I keep coming back to; Mailshake is one of them. If you’re looking to automate your email outreach, have a way to follow-up without having post-it notes every where, take notes about conversations with clients - this is for you.

It's ease of use. The cold email outreach and LinkedIn automation. The onboarding and ongoing support from the team. Integration with Salesforce.

Very impressed with Mailshake's customer service. Very quick response time. Great training resources. Easy onboarding. Excited to grow with them!
