Scam Company! Charged Over $200, Postcards Never Mailed, and No Response. I paid Mailjoy over $200 for a postcard campaign, but the postcards were never sent. I contacted the company for help and received no response or explanation. The phone number is inactive and no response by email from the company or the owner who apparently has a bunch of startups (looks like this one has been abandoned). I was charged for a service that was not completed, and the lack of customer support has made the situation even more frustrating. You should avoid Mailjoy based on my experience. I am still seeking a full refund from my bank for the campaign that was never mailed.
