Absolute garbage. Every single order shipped with UPS Mail Innovations resulted in angry customers, lost packages, delays and headaches. In some instances, the package ALMOST made it to the customer's house (I'm talking within 5 miles) and then got shipped out to a completely different state only to never be heard from again. Absolute and complete garbage.

Numerous delays. Repeatedly. Blame Macy’s for using them. Amazon would deliver 1 day. Still waiting. It’s been 3 weeks . Same item.

Package is untraceable once its transferred from UPS to USPS. Last package sat an hour from my home for two and a half weeks on top of already being with UPS for a week. Zero info between the day it was turned over from UPS to this service until the day it was delivered. No anticipated delivery date, nothing. Plan on waiting a month even if you get what you ordered. There is no way to opt out with the seller since you generally don't know they've used it until after it's shipped. My second experience is shaping up the same--10 days and counting in a facility 90 minutes away, no anticipated delivery date available, so no end in sight. Assuming it's not lost, that is.

unfortunately I have multiple orders being shipped through mail innovations that are over a week late, and the tracking information provided shows my packages have been sitting at the same facilities for days, or they are still waiting for the package. one of my packages was shipped 14 days ago and that still can’t tell me when I will actually receive it. unfortunately in all cases, the companies I ordered from shipped my orders immediately, so they are not to blame, but I will not pay for items I didn’t receive. mail innovations should be ashamed of this service

My package STILL hasn't arrived. UPS Mail Innovations is as bad as USPS. I paid for UPS Air (3-5 Day delivery). According to UPS's own website, I was to receive my delivery by December 17th. My order/package was picked up by UPS on December 11th. THEN, UPS transferred it to UPS Mail Innovations and it wasn't received by them until December 17th. On December 18th, my package was sent to USPS. It did not arrive USPS until 12/27/19. As of today, 12/31/19 my package is "in transit".... I have the SAME issue with another package shipped from a different company. Both packages should have EASILY arrived before Christmas with the advertised 3-5 day shipping from UPS. But the SHIPPER chose to use the cheaper route which is UPS Mail Innovations. BEWARE of THIS! UPS Mail Innovations is a combination of UPS and USPS! The USPS is completely incompetent and so is Mail Innovations. I NEVER buy from a company or person on eBay that uses USPS - ever. And now I will add UPS Mail Innovations to that list. Absolutely a horrible collaboration. ZERO starts!
