My experience with maildeck has been amazing. The support is good, they reply quick and handle everything on time. I would recommend them. I have found that compared to others their pricing is good as well. Shout out to Yen, who has been very helpful. The process of getting the whole infrastructure sorted was quick and thorough as well.

Support is horrible
Support is horrible. They switch you over to fanbasis and bill extra and you can't get your invoices

Terrible deliverability, poor communication, and they cut off service I had already paid for
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Maildeck.
I purchased around 100 SMTP inboxes and spent roughly a month warming them before properly running campaigns. The entire reason I bought these inboxes was for cold email, but the Gmail deliverability was awful. In one of my recent placement tests, Google inbox placement was only around 46.7%.
Most of the leads I contact are Google/Gmail users, so having more than half of Gmail test emails land in spam makes the infrastructure practically useless for my use case.
When I raised this with support, I kept getting explanations about warmed IPs, placement-test limitations, domain similarities, copy, etc. But none of that changed the basic reality, my emails were going to spam.
Eventually I was told that Google-to-Google sending generally performs better and that I should use Google inboxes for Google recipients and that they can't do anything for the SMTP inboxes. This is something I really wish had been communicated BEFORE I spent two months paying for SMTP inboxes, considering the majority of my prospects are Gmail-based.
I had also just renewed for another month. I explained that I had not used the inboxes at all this month, during the new billing period, and asked for a refund for ONLY that latest month and that they can cancel the inboxes right now, i would not use them. They refused.
What frustrated me even more was what happened next.
Support specifically told me that even though they would not refund the renewal, I can go ahead and cancel my subscription so i would not be charged again, and they specifically mentioned that i would still be able to use the inboxes for the remainder of the billing period I had already paid for.
So I cancelled the subscription to stop another renewal.
Immediately after cancellation, my access to the inboxes was revoked.
I contacted support again and was then told that their provider had cancelled the inboxes and there was apparently nothing they could do.
So I was denied a refund because I was told the infrastructure had already been paid for and I could continue using it for the rest of the month, and then after cancelling future renewal, the service I had ALREADY PAID FOR was taken away anyway.
That is honestly ridiculous.
I gave Maildeck plenty of time and tried working with support to resolve the situation before writing this review. Unfortunately, after paying for two months, warming the inboxes for weeks, getting poor Gmail placement, being refused a refund, and then losing access to the month I had already paid for, I cannot recommend the service based on my experience.
The worst part wasn’t even the deliverability. It was being told I could use what I had already paid for, and then having it taken away after I cancelled the next renewal. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM MAILDECK.

Working with Maildeck has been a…
Working with Maildeck has been a completely frustrating experience from onboarding to cancellation.
1. Delayed and Incomplete Setup: When I first subscribed, I did not receive the complete setup I paid for. I received the Microsoft inboxes, but the Google Workspace mailboxes were delayed by an entire month—only after constantly chasing support with multiple follow-ups.
2. Unacceptable Support Response Times: Their customer support is practically nonexistent. For almost every single message or ticket, you are forced to wait 48 to 72+ hours just to receive a generic response.
3. False Claims & Holding Domains : After cancelling my subscription, I requested that my domains be released from their Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants so I could migrate elsewhere. Support eventually replied claiming the "domains should be freed." However, verification proved they never actually removed them from their admin console—the domains are still actively locked under their organization.
4. Zero Accountability: I followed up immediately to inform them that the domains are still locked, and it has now been 4+ days with absolute radio silence.
If you value your time, stay far away from Maildeck.

Switched to Maildeck. 10x better
Switched to Maildeck, night and day difference. The infra turnaround time is great, 72 hours. Designated team in slack, amazing support. Questions get answered within 5 min. Super transparent and Sabo gives great insight on campaign setups, domain/inbox health, etc.

im using them for 3months now and honestly they are quite uniqe in this space. They always acknowledge me whats going on so im always understand where im at the configuration or warmup process.
One thing missing for me is they could really expand the product range. Would love to see G Workspace or SMTP services addded too. Would make my life way easier not having to juggle different providers or dealing with the manual setup.
But yeah overall happy with them, would recommend to anyone doing cold outreach in the email space.

Finally found a the right source for email infra…
Finally found a cold email infrastructure service that actually delivers literally. Tested multiple providers before MailDeck. Others misconfigured inboxes, ignored warmups, or couldn't even deliver to the right workspace. MailDeck got everything set up properly from day one.
Now booking 60–80 meetings a week in the finance niche. Support is genuinely technical real answers, not AI copy-paste.
Highly recommend checking out Sabo's YouTube channel too. I learnt a tone from him.
