It took them a full business WEEK, 5 days, to hand off my certified mail to USPS. This made it miss a deadline and cost me THOUSANDS! BEWARE!

Wasted time and money. This site caused me great legal trouble for failing to respond in time. I bought and paid for the mailing services of this scam place. After several weeks they eventually mailed something on my behalf. The problem is they literally mailed 2 blank pages with nothing on them whatsoever other than a tiny QR code. After another 10 days I was notified that this occurred in writing from the third party that was expecting my letter. I then emailed customer service for a quick response and resolution due to the fact a month had already passed however, the "customer service" never responded. I emailed them a total of 4 times begging for a response and they simply ignored me. The bottom line is they took my money and caused me a major legal problem. This place is a total scam.

I would happily rate this company a zero if I could. No customer service, letter submitted and paid for almost 3 weeks ago and nothing has been sent.

! paid for and submitted a single page letter on 01/21/2026. A week later it had still not been mailed. No response from their customer service. Avoid this Mail A Letter company that should be more appropriately named Keep A Letter.

Used them a few times. They are a legitimate site and, while it took a few business days to send, everything is marked as sent now. Easy upload and payment plus good value. Easy to change outgoing addresses while mail is 'In Production'. Customer support goes to full Google Voice mailbox but turned out I could solve the issue on the website itself.

Item was never sent, even a week after the purchase was made. I was given an USPS tracking number, shere it was shown the item was never given to USPS for it to be sent. Update: yesterday, I finally received an USPS notification, saying the package had just been processed for the first time.

I recently used their service to send a mail with few pages to the US because this is faster than sending it out of France (where I live). Since I read bad reviews on reddit and trustpilot, I decided to send me a copy to check the service. I can report that I did receive it, so I assume the recipient in the US also received it :-)
