While I think your products are good but your shipping and packaging all products ordered needs significant much improvement.
While I think your products are fabulous, I have had great difficulty with orders from you. They take over 6 weeks to arrive, only half the products are sent and I have to contact you to complain that you did not bother to send all Items, you send “replacement” items for things I’ve ordered stating you no longer carry the item even though it still (a year later) is listed on your websites as available. It is very frustrating to feel like I need to babysit my orders from you expecting that there will be many mistakes. I have stopped recommending you to friends as it’s embarrassing for them to also have significant problems with their orders then give me grief about recommending you. With this all being said, I waited 6 months to put in another order and my last order came within 3 weeks and had no missing items. And it was a significantly large order. So perhaps you are ironing out some bugs. Again, I think your products are good, I follow Dave Mahoney on his podcasts and have since before he started this supplement company. Doctors that I show my ivermectin to say it’s “the good stuff”…. So you have quality. But you must get more consistent in shipping and actually sending products that are ordered and not cheating people out of hundreds of dollars of products. No one likes to have to send lots of follow up emails to companies about errors that happen over and over and over to multiple orders in a row. They just walk.
