No delivery, no customer service
No delivery for over week and no replies to numerous emails. Perhaps a scam and an expensive mistake if so. UPDATE: order made under a different name to this handle and your customer service team have apparently sorted it now I have whinged on social media. We will see and I will update - order now sent again and due to arrive in 48 hours. Main points: if delivery is weeks then say so as it gives a customer the full picture; if UK shipped to UK customer then surely next day delivery is possible and appreciate may take forever if Uk to other countries - but tell the customers ; answer email queries to stop customers having to go on social media ( or don't use email as a contact if you aren't going to answer?) But will update if order arrives as promised in 48 hours.
