1 month trial is a scam
I cancelled my (1-month) trial subscription using the website prior to the deadline, but I was still charged for a 1-month subscription. Beware, the trial subscription is a scam! Trying to work out how to cancel is also made as difficult as possible.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered gift subscription on 29 Sept. and no issues has been delivered despite several e-mails in this regard. (Case 650223) Please people do not make the mistake of gifting someone with this! Scamsters!

WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME
THOUSANDS OF OTP VERIFICATION STEPS FOR PHONE, E-MAIL, ETC. AS IF IT'S SOME IMPORTANT GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION. AS IF WE PEOPLE HAVE NO OTHER WORK TO DO. FINALLY WHEN I THOUGHT I COULD START READING, THEY SAY THAT THE MAGAZINES ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR READING ON THE WEBSITE AND THAT WE HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. ARROGANCE AT IT'S HIGHEST.

Scammers hiding behind legitimacy
Started a free trial from a bundle purchase. Ending the subscription had as many dark patterns as possible. Canceling either led to a 404 or just a blank page as if it couldn’t load. I continue to receive emails for offers, despite initially unsubscribing, and the unsubscribe link in every email always leads to a page that goes nowhere. Absolute terrible company with nothing but dark patterns to trick you in every which way. Avoid these degenerate scammers.

Scammers
Scammers! Automatic renewals by default with no chances of refunds (as stated in Terms and Conditions). Wonder how it aligns with European Consumer Rights (I'll TLDR it for you - it doesn't). Subscription management made as hard as possible (you have to send them emails i.e. push and pull with them). One of my use cases - payed a year subscription, magazine stopped issuing, can't get a refund, and of course, they tried to renew it (if bought via Apple Store, you have to manually cancel it from your Apple account, otherwise, they'll charge you for non existing mag infinitely). Stay away!!!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I cancelled the service and did not have auto-renewal active and yet they keep deducting funds from my account every year. The only way to stop them is to cancel the credit card which is hugely inconvenient! I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and am only met with incoherent rubbish about how many titles they have.

Biggest spammers ever, don’t ever open or provide your email to this terrible company, I’ve been unsubscribing everyday but still get spammed by them
