Stay away you can't cancel the subscription via their website, asks you to contact customer service. Did that many times and was ignored, the only time someone replied to say they will only cancel once they know my reason. Told them countless times I don't want the subscription and can't afford it but still no-one has cancelled it. I will be contacting action fraud here in the UK to report them and also see now if my bank can block them. Don't use it is a scam.

Horrible cancellation experince. Used this product for a while. Tried several times to cancel my subscription. They will not cancel. Customer service is abrupt and not useful. Avoid this service.

I wanted to cancel the subscription within 24h after taking a one month free subscription. I tried via the website and they mentioned there was no more subscription. Later I realize they did put me on a subscription. Not option on the website to cancel this. You have to write the helpdesk.

Scam! Starts a hidden subscription without you knowing about it, via your mobile subscription. Be ware! I was scammed for several months before i discovered a Magzter bill, did not even know what Magzter was!

If there can be a zero star I would choose that option. These people run ads over Facebook and maybe other social media platforms. Accidentally clicked it. It automatically charged my card without even a warning that they will be charging beforehand. My payment methods are saved in my Gpay, google or other shopping platforms so it will be easier for me to go ahead and shop online due to work but here they are, no authorization to charge me but did and refund is impossible. I worked in this field and I know they have the option. They need their company some revenue and that is why they scam people so they get the money. Scammers!!! Give me back my money!

This company is a complete scam. I wrote them 3 times to cancel my subscription. The continue sending me offers and asking me for the reason for cancellation. I told them 3 times that I don't have time to use their service anymore. And they are still trying to charge my card every week. I am lucky that my old card has expired and they cannot renew my subscription. But it is super annoying to continue receiving emails for unsuccessful renewing when you explicitly asked 3 times to cancel the subscription! Stay away from Magzter scammers!

Complete non customer focuser. After Magzter not delivering the payed for issues of my magazine. They blame the publisher for a faulty computer connection. Blame the Customer for not being patiënt. Time to blame your own incompetance?
