Some of the MAGAZINES are not part of Magzter Gold!

I have just purchased 12 months access to Magzter Magazines this offer was on Groupon I was looking forward to reading over 5000 magazines and newspapers for a year. ‘I feel I was conned’. There might be 5000 magazines but they are not all from the UK the are from all over the world so that brings your choice down quite considerably. When you go into your choice of categories to pick from like for example ‘WOMANS INTEREST’ your lucky if you have 7 to choose from that are published in the UK! Then you get the best bit of all it comes up SUBSCRIBE NOW FOR MEGZTER GOLD, that’s what I thought I had bought GOLD! I did email the team at MEGZTER for help they swiftly emailed back with full instructions in how to use the site and to look for the gold book icon at the bottom right of the magazines cover (which I had already worked out myself) and then in bold writing SOME OF THE MAGAZINES ARE NOT PART OF MAGZTER GOLD BUT WE ARE WORKING ON IT! So the moral of this story is save your money on this one.

I am not able to cancel my subscription. The link to customer support does not work with two separate browsers that I tried and there is no phone number to call.

Impossible to cancel, poor customer service
Like other reviews note, it is impossible to find the cancel subscription button. I intended to gift a subscription and accidentally subscribed myself. There is no cancel button anywhere on their website and they do not answer their customer service emails.

Outdated magazines
Plenty of variety of magazines but most are outdated by a few years and hardly any new editions are added. Also there are magazines on there that you can't read even with a gold subscription and require purchasing separately. Not worth paying for the gold subscription. I had a year subscription shared with 4 family members and we used it half a dozen times at most. Really disappointing app.

Fake app The application PR replied to my concern in the email but hasn't be able to resolve Instead send me the link stating how much magazines we have or will be able to read in your application clearly stating false propoganda since all the content is not readable or non accessible for Gold paid subscribers. You have to pay individually to access it even after paying for Gold membership. Like, People, forbes, Time, women s era, etc.

Cannot cancel the auto renewal of my free subscription

Not user-friendly
I also facing problem to cancel the subscription where they mention can be cancelled anytime. Many popular magazines not available at my region (Malaysia) and when I use my phone (Android) to log in, my, the "Gold" membership was not sync and I have difficulties to access unlimited magazines as per claims. I gave Magzter a chance and subscribed for the following years (2nd year) and turned out disappointment. Highly Not Recommended.
