I can see that the auto renewal of your Gold plan is already cancelled under your account from our website help section. Therefore, you will not be billed for the auto renewal of your Gold plan when your current trial subscription expires. Also, I can see that you have contacted our support team on October 11 November 2020 at 5:12 pm and we have replied to your email on Nov 13, 2020 at 2:05 pm.
