Do not order from this company. Ordered my item in November. Tracking showed it made it to the US then no more updates. Contacted the company who said the tracking company was “updating their system “ and gave me a new tracking number. Now the item is back in China. Total scam and I am having a difficult time getting a refund.

Do not order anything from this company! They advertise free shipping and then charge for it. They did not deliver the product and, after a month of receiving nothing, they are refusing to refund me $88. SCAM!

Is there an option to rate it less than one star. If so that’s my rating. Ordered straps in mid November. Still nothing. They keep saying they are expediting but nothing. Just lost $90. Don’t order from them.

If I could leave a zero star I would, As I just read on the other reviews. Ordered straps, 6 weeks later still nothing! Total scam. Ordered on November 30, 2024, - January 14, 2025 still nothing.

I ordered ratchet straps Dec 5. It’s now Jan 12 and they have still not arrived. The entire thing looks like a scam. Do not order!

Do not order from this company! I ordered ratchet straps on 11/30/2024. The tracking was from a shipping company I’ve never heard of. The straps were supposedly in Ireland, then Oregon, then “entering the USA” 4 days later on 12/28/24. As of 1/8/25, still no ratchet straps. I emailed customer service, received what appears to be an automated response stating they couldn’t locate my item & they’ll reship it. I responded and asked for a refund with no reply. I paid via PayPal & the receipient was not Magpie Fashions but a long name, “bell1ball2co”. I have filed a claim with PayPal. 1/22/25 update: PayPal paid my claim after Magpie didn’t respond to the claim & I received my money back.

Awful. I ordered ratchet straps Dec 5th as a Christmas Present and birthday present. They have yet to arrive. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and have been told repeatedly to be patient. It is Jan 7th and the last tracking information is from Dec 26 where it is showing in Miami. They will not refund. This is ridiculous. I will not order another thing from them and highly recommend you don’t either (not if you actually want to receive it). I really am beginning to think this site is a scam! Guess I’ll be sticking with Amazon.
