Following suite like most of the bad reviews.. I should have obviously done my research. I ordered a size up on a dress for my baby shower, but since it’s not maternity fit it just wasn’t proportional to my body. I never buy online clothes but it was for a special occasion, and never dreamed that an online store where you can’t try things on would CHOKE HOLD YOU into store credit, where another item would not fit my maternity body proportionally.. I feel completely robbed. Emailed with the customer service Manager Traci who was completely rude. I understand I made a mistake not reading the policy, but I was willing to ship the item out the next day, even would have accepted a half refund but she was ruthless and said she would use all my emails as proof to fight any credit card claims I made to fight the purchase. I went through Chase and PayPal and although both merchants felt for my situation.. they said their hands were tied because of a written policy the website has on returns. I truly think this place only stays in business because of their scam like ways. It’s a shame to have to rely on making an income that way. I tried leaving terrible comments on numerous Instagram posts of theirs but they end up getting removed. Not to mention the clothes feel like they’re from China for $64 bucks.

poor quality and "free shipping and returns in the US" is misleading adverting - only can return for store credit! DO NOT BUY from here unless you are 100% certain you want to keep it.

I agree with the bad reviews. Quality of clothing is cheap and they do not give refunds for returned items. That is such a scam. There are many other places that have much better quality clothing and will refund money if the item needs to be returned. Goodbye!

It’s deceitful to not post negative reviews on clothing items. That’s what reviews are for! This company doesn’t post majority of their negative reviews, even if the information can be helpful to other customers. I will never shop here again.

I found some jeans that I liked and ordered them in my regular size. These jeans were “Free People” jeans with zero stretch and I should have sized up, but I didn’t. I also failed to read the return policy that stated only a store credit. This was fine because I really like the $100 jeans. I ordered on 3/3/2022 and sent them back on 3/4/2022.. today is the 19th of March and I still do not have my exchanged order for the correct size. Originally customer service was responding and now it has stopped. I wanted to support this small business/boutique but I am definitely regretting it. They have nice things but I advise you to pick your correct size because the return process is painful.

Such terrible customer service!!! I ordered a pajama/ sweat set and the size chart was listed. I wear a size 0 so I ordered the small because I was smaller than the size small chart but it was the smallest size. I get the set and the pants measure 11 inches across and have no elastic in them. I write them because these are clearly defective. Figured they would offer to replace them and ship them out and just have me return these defective pair. But instead they argue with me and tell me I’m wrong and that’s how they should be. So I asked for a full refund when I send them back since their size chart is very wrong. Refused to give me a refund or replace them, but instead told me I could return them for store credit only. If they don’t make this right then I will never shop at a place with such poor customer service!!! Buyer beware!!! Alsooo I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt that I received at the same time that they add the vinyl to. The monogram/emblem was crooked and half missing. Same thing - told I could return and once they got it then could ship out another or give me store credit. The item quality is very poor. I would expect more from a $49 sweatshirt
